We are selling a functioning grain depot, located in the town of Montana, Northern Industrial Zone, Kosharnika quarter. The land property has an area of 3150 sq.m. and is completely concreted. On it are located 8 pcs of metal silos of the Prado brand, originating in Spain. Each silo has a heavy grain volume of 2500 tons and is equipped with thermoprobes, active ventilation and a sweeping auger. The total volume of the 8 silos is 20, 000 tons of heavy grain. There are 2 buffer metal silos of 250 tons each with a total volume of 500 tons. The facility also includes grain-boosting augers, transport elevators and auger drains. A grain dryer with a capacity of 100 t/h has also been built, which runs on gas and is centrally connected. A seed cleaning plant is also available. The entire base is served by one receiving and loading shaft with a capacity of 100 t/h. There is a command post to the grain base, which is served by one operator. The building of the command post is also used as a laboratory servicing the grain depot. The construction of the base was carried out in 2 stages: 4 silos in the period 2006-2008. and 4 more silos, in the period 2008-2010. The location is not accidental and was chosen at a key place, on the bypass road E-79, connecting Danube Bridge Vidin with all border crossings. The port of Lom is located 45 km.
